Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time 4-8 days, shipping on: Mon-Fri. Transit time for orders 1-3 days, delivery on: Mon-Fri. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are prepared on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the destination country and local customs handling.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something?

Yes. We have a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or not as described. In those cases we cover the cost of the return.

How do I start a return?

Write to us at sales@crestonmain.com with your order number and tell us which items you want to return, or call 1 (800) 917-5479 during our opening hours. We confirm your return and send you the return address before you send anything back.

When do I get my money back?

Once your return arrives with us we inspect it and let you know the outcome. If the return is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

What if my item arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

Check your order as soon as it arrives. Write to us at sales@crestonmain.com with a photo and your order number and we will put it right.

What are my statutory rights?

If you order from the European Union, you keep your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our 30 day return policy is offered in addition to that right and does not replace or limit it.
